Overview

The Order Operations Center provides a structured environment for commerce teams managing high-volume order processing. Each order is tracked from intake through fulfillment with full visibility into validation status, fulfillment progress, and exception handling.

How It Works

Orders appear in the workspace automatically after the Order Data Extraction skill parses incoming purchase orders. Each order view shows extracted line items, validation results from the Order Validation Agent, fulfillment status, and any exceptions that need attention. Handlers can see not just individual orders but aggregate metrics on throughput, error rates, and fulfillment timelines.

The workspace enforces your team’s operational standards — routing rules, escalation thresholds, and fulfillment SLAs — while surfacing the exceptions and edge cases that require human judgment.
