Plan Bar

A new plan bar shows where a case stands in its procedure directly in the thread, including who’s assigned to each stage, instead of requiring a trip to the side panel and its 3-dot menu. It’s especially useful in the compact case view, where that context previously wasn’t visible at all.

From the bar you can start the plan, complete or skip the current stage, or flag a blocker. Complete and skip are meant as manual overrides for edge cases, not the primary way to move a case forward — a more fully-fledged version of the bar is coming to production soon.
